Billing and Appointment info

Mountain Pass Therapy uses Alma and Headway for admin and billing for private insurance.

Prior to our first session, it is encouraged to reach out to your insurance company to obtain information regarding your benefits and deductible.

Credit cards are required to be placed on file.

I required at least a 48 hours notice for cancellation or fee may apply. 

Private pay

Initial $160

Weekly or Bi-weekly sessions, 55 min session $130  

Free 15 min consultation

Good Faith Estimate
