Therapy can be hard work and together we will aim to overcome obstacles to live a more fulfilling and meaningful life. With compassion, a sense of humor, and a supportive non-judgmental environment, we will uncover root causes of your struggles and work to find long-term relief, navigate through tough times, foster resilience, and help you thrive.
Whether you are going through a transition, burdened with anxiety, depression, parenting or postpartum stressors, trauma, family, relationship, or work conflict, I understand what it feels like to struggle and I am here to support you. I utilize DBT, CBT, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, and use trauma informed, strengths-based, and solution-focused approaches. I blend elements from different techniques to tailor to your unique needs.

Struggling with relationship conflict? Conflict can be a good thing! What, really? Yes, conflict can help us grow together and get back on the same page. Life is constantly changing and we have to find a way to adapt. Change can make you feel like you got the rug pulled out from underneath you! Lets slow down, take a couple of deep breaths, and take the first step together.
Whether our past trauma feels big or small, it usually seeps out into our present lives, sometimes without us even realizing. Using a trauma informed, strength-based approach, we can develop awareness around how trauma effects our bodies and nervous systems. Identify triggers, explore coping strategies, and develop insight, to live our present lives to the fullest and feel more empowered.
